About Richard Sorger
In 2006, Richard started designing his eponymous label which sells worldwide. Clients include Courtney Love, Jennifer Lopez, Cindy Crawford, Kate Beckinsale, Diamanda Galas and Heidi Klum. He has been commissioned to produce special pieces for Swarovski Unbridled and for the Victoria and Albert Museum, who acquired one of his dresses for their permanent collection in 2009. Recently he has collaborated with Meadham Kirchhoff, Manolo Blahnik (for Meadham Kirchhoff) and ASOS (the on-line retailer). In 2006 he co-authored the book called 'The Fundamentals of Fashion' published by AVA Books, and he lectures part-time on the BA (Hons) Fashion Design course at Middlesex University, London.
